- Each resident has a section in the fridge and another in the freezer, a drawer, a small cupboard and a kitchen kit.
- The community resources to share are: microwave, stove, oven, cooking utensils, TV, table and chairs.

- To wash and dry clothes, residents have a washing machine, a dryer, a laundry room and a small terrace.
- To operate the washing machine and dryer, a token is required, which is provided by the administration of the residence and costs €1.50.

- The residence has two restrooms with all the comforts, located on each floor of the building.
- The toilets are communal, they are shared among the different university students housed in our facilities.
Residents have to organize themselves to guarantee the order and cleanliness of the common space.
